The treatments

Built around you.

Every session starts the same way — a chat about what's going on in your body this week. Then we choose the right treatment from the list below.

Assisted stretching Glasgow's first

A guided, fully clothed stretch on a treatment table. Assisted stretching works deeper than a yoga class — the practitioner holds each position for you, so your nervous system actually lets go. Great for tight backs, hips, hamstrings and shoulders.

  • 60- or 90-minute sessions
  • No oils, no undressing — wear comfy clothes
  • Ideal alongside a sports or gym routine

Bespoke massage

Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy or a mix of all three — built around what your body actually needs on the day.

  • 60 / 90 / 120 minutes
  • Aromatherapy oils included
  • Hot stones on request

Bespoke facial

Cleanse, exfoliate, mask, massage, finish. Tailored to your skin on the day — whether it's tired, dull, dry or just needing to be quietly looked after.

  • 60 / 75 / 90 minutes
  • Lymphatic facial massage
  • Tailored mask & finish

Combination

Part massage, part facial — a full hour of switching off. The most popular option for first-time visitors.

  • 90 or 120 minutes
  • Hair & scalp massage included
  • Quiet, unhurried finish

Pregnancy massage

Side-lying massage with specialist bolstering — designed for the second and third trimesters.

  • 60 minutes
  • Specialist bolstering included
  • Gentle, supportive technique

"It's taken me a while to build up clientele, build up that reputation — so that's a very serious thing. You have to protect that, and you have to protect your safety."

About Dani

Trained in some of
Scotland's best spas.

Dani retrained as a therapist and went on to work in some of Scotland's top spas before launching Drift by Dani in Glasgow city centre. She's now Glasgow's first dedicated assisted stretch specialist — and one of the calmest hands you'll meet on Bath Street.

Sessions are by appointment, one client at a time, in a quiet room inside @omgnailsglasgow at Alexandra House. Everything is fully tailored — there's no off-the-shelf menu here.

The visit

An hour that drifts in slow.

  1. Chat first

A quick message before you come in — what's been going on, what you'd like the session to do for you. Nothing clinical, just a chat.

  2. Settle in

Arrive, change if you need to (or stay dressed for stretch), tea or water. No rush.

  3. Drift

The session itself. Quiet music, warm room, a treatment built around you. You drift, we do the work.

  4. Stand back up

Take your time. A glass of water. Then back out into Glasgow — a little bit taller than when you walked in.

What is assisted stretching?

It's a guided stretch where I hold each position for you on a treatment table. You stay fully clothed, lie back, and your body lets go of tension it normally holds — backs, hips, hamstrings and shoulders are the usual culprits. It's a one-on-one version of a yoga class, in slow motion.

Where are you based?

Inside @omgnailsglasgow, Unit 19, Alexandra House, 204 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4HW — right in the city centre. There's good public transport nearby and plenty of parking.

How do I book?

Use the booking link in the footer, or send a message on Instagram @driftbydani. If you're unsure which treatment you need, message first and we'll pick the right one together.

What should I wear?

For massage and facials, whatever you're comfortable in — most people undress to their underwear. For assisted stretching, wear loose, comfy clothes (joggers, leggings, a t-shirt). Everything that needs to move will move.

Can I book same-week?

Often yes — there's usually a slot in the current or following week. Thursday evenings tend to book up first, so if that's your window, message early in the week.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice for a free reschedule; same-day cancellations are charged 50%. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, just message and we'll sort it.

Is it suitable during pregnancy?

Yes — there's a specialist pregnancy treatment on the menu, side-lying with bolstering, designed for the second and third trimesters. Always get the all-clear from your midwife first.
